Operations & Institutional Relations Manager

Role Summary
The Operations & Institutional Relations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities and serving as the primary liaison between TranscriptDove and partner institutions, including universities, schools, registrars, and Ministries of Education. This role ensures that institutional partnerships are properly onboarded, supported, and maintained in accordance with agreed operational and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between TranscriptDove and academic institutions, registrars, and government education agencies
- Coordinate institutional onboarding, including account setup, workflow orientation, and documentation requirements
- Manage and track Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs), Letters of Authorization, and institutional agreements
- Oversee operational workflows for academic record requests, verification, approvals, and delivery
- Ensure institutional partners adhere to TranscriptDove’s approved academic record handling procedures
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements
- Support executive leadership in stakeholder engagement and institutional reporting
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Education Management, Communications, International Relations, or a related field (required)
- Master’s degree in public administration, Education Policy, Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience working with academic institutions, government agencies, NGOs, or regulated organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage institutional relationships and formal correspondence
